Purchased the rounded top portable garage. Just over a year later, the entire top starts splitting and tearing. Within a few weeks after it started, the entire top is now wide open and worthless. Don't waste your money on these! The company does not stand behind the product.

Bought a garage in a box 2 years ago. I came home one dae and the cover was shreaded I paid almost 900 for this. I called the company only to find out I was out of warrentee. So they gave me some option .1 300 and change to replace original. 2.960 to upgrade to a heavy duty. 3.1800? For extra heavy duty.wow. so I bought the heavy duty for 960. More than the original price. I gave the woman the model number and she told me it was 20x12x x8.i told her I beleive it taller and she told me if the number on the tag was correct it was correct. It arrived 2 days later. I took the day off to install stripped what was left of the old one off an started the replacement. Front and back go first. So I started the front. I was almost done when I noticed it didn't fit 1.5 feet off the ground. I called customer service a different woman and she looked up the number and told me there are several model sizes that go with that go with that number. It turner out it was 20 x11x9.5 as I thought. I sent the wrong one back .keep in mind all my stuff is exposed in my driveway. She told me it was being shipped and I told her all my stuff is being ruined in my driveway. About 2 weeks went by i called back only to find out it was never ordered and it was 300 plus more because o size difference. This is ridiculous. So she told me she would talk to her supervisor to see if we could do something with the price , no call back so I called back 2 days later and she didn't know who I was. I paid the difference an was told it had to be made and it would be 2 weeks. It came in about a week so I took anouther day off to install. I put the front and back on and as I was pulling top over I noticed sneaker pri to all over I side and several punctures once done I could see light coming thru in several places. I called back again and sent pictures. New woman she told me she would order me anouther one asap never happened.ive sent several emails.no responce.horrible company stay awa

The goal of the customer service is to ensure customer satisfaction and to enhance customer loyalty. While building the Solano Gazebo from ShelterLogic I discovered the poles didn't seat firmly, rendering the structure entirely unsteady. I phoned the Customer Service Dept. and also sent an email with photos and video of the defects. Was met with contemptuous attitudes from 2 separate representatives. No immediate solution offered after submitting photos and video. Situation is pending resolution.

What a waste of an organization. Doesn't stand by their products, rude and useless customer service. Save yourselves thousands of dollars and your valuable time and go elsewhere!

I'm surprised this company is still operational. I purchased a garage 6months ago and the so called UV treated tarp is a load of CRAP!! Mine shed whithin the first 4 and a half months. You'll never get a call back if you live in Australia took me 2 months to get nowhere from emails back and forth.
Extremely poor and they advised me these are only to last as a temporary solution for a couple of months which is also crap from what it poaches on their site with a 1 year warranty ect and heavy durable fabric.

If Incould leave a ZERO review that would fit shelter logic ratings better ! Purchased am 8x8 and a 12x12 garage in a box . Barely 3 mos after putting them up, the material is Disintegrating !!! And Customer Service is pretty much non existent . I called them 2 times to speak with someone in the warranty dept and noone answers the phone because as their recording states “ they have a large volume of calls “ !!!!! Buyer Beware

Bought the Barn, 24x12, with upgraded PVC cover. Took about 5 hours with 2 guys to set up. Well made and has plenty of space for storage. We shall see if it can hold up to a michigan winter, but I believe it will. Bought directly from ShelterLogic.com. they were easy to deal with and the shipping was surprisingly fast.

Bought one of their garages. Noticed a manufacturing mistake and hole in the roof. They're website says for people who buy one and have a problem within 30 days to call a number for an IMMEDIATE solution. Hours of sitting on hold later I figured out they weren't gonna answer....Well I'll tell you that doesn't work. There's nothing immediate about them.......... I'm going back where I bought it and gonna make Canadian Tire replace it. It's a shame because they don't need to hide from customers. My next even bigger shelter I need will come from somewhere else............!!! July 29 update: Still no reply at all from this company. Feeling ripped off severely and unsure what my next option is but I'm presuming it's a trip to the lawyer. And time to start putting more pressure on Canadian Tire who sold me this junk. Sad thing is and what pisses me off the most...... it's that this company could care less.......!! Tired of being ignored by this bunch.... Time to play hardball I guess........
